Peiragmena [pronounced pee-rag-men-a] meaning "tweaked".
Peiragmena is a restaurant that offers a seasonal, but non-traditional style menu with a “twist!”.
Our dishes are a modern adaptation of Cypriot and Mediterranean cuisine inspired mainly by seasonal ingredients and high quality local produce.
Our menu changes each season, depending on the availability of ingredients to ensure freshness and the fullest of flavours and aromas to our dishes. This adaptation (or tweak!) as well as our affordable prices is welcomed by our regular diners and gastronomes alike.
The two Chefs/Owners come from different backgrounds. Yiannis who finished his studies in Providence, Rhode Island USA, and Vasilis who finished his studies in Paris, France.
Yiannis has over 20 years of experience in culinary arts, including working at the New York Palace in downtown Manhattan and teaching for the past 15 years as a culinary instructor.
Vasilis has also been in the industry form over 20 years working in both France and Cyprus at prestigue restaurants and hotels.
Both have had years of experience in the field of culinary arts. Their passion and creativeness reflects in the menus they create each season for their restaurant.
